Promoting and training volunteers
We run recruitment and training for volunteers to work at Christian camps, conferences, sports events, and cultural gatherings.
Twice a year—in summer during the camps and in winter during the winter getaways—we organize training courses aimed at helping young people acquire new skills and practical experience while shaping their spiritual formation as future believing leaders and educators.
Inspiring engagement in volunteering, we draw from the Gospel and encourage following Christian attitudes and values: love to your neighbor, sensitivity to the needs of others, sacrifice, and selfless help.
In the spring season, we organize the Zakoaktywacja gathering for volunteers, featuring a special motivational program, training sessions, and plenty of recreation.
A clear advantage of the Superheros and Zakoaktywacja programs is their engaging educational format, which combines learning new skills with rest and fun, duties with attractions, and the opportunity to learn through hands-on practice by actively participating in organizing games and activities for children, as well as building friendships with the participants and fellow volunteers.
