Historic villa

Built in 1899 by the renowned Łódź sculptor Urbanowski, the wooden villa known as Urbanówka – mentioned by the Polish poet Julian Tuwim in his poem Kwiaty Polskie (“Polish Flowers”) – is a favorite gathering place for our guests, as well as a venue for intimate concerts and cultural events. It is home to an elegant café with a billiards room, along with two comfortable attic apartments offering beautiful views of the old pine forest and the Pilica River.

Soccer fields

In the sports area of the center, there are two soccer fields. The larger one allows for comfortable 7 on 7 games on natural grass. Next to this field, there is a bench with seating for several substitute players or spectators. The second, smaller field is perfect for warm ups, games with younger children, or 3 on 3 matches. This field is covered with artificial turf similar to that used on popular community fields. The high quality surface ensures great playing comfort even on hot days. Both fields are equipped with lighting, allowing games to continue after dark.
Basketball courts

Four asphalt courts measuring 15 m x 25 m, with hoops set at different heights, allow for intense games, simultaneous training sessions, matches for multiple teams and many players, as well as space for practicing shots and organizing individual competitions. For many years, these courts have been the arena for basketball players competing during international camps held at our camp.

Tennis court

A standard size, fenced court with an artificial grass surface provides space for tennis enthusiasts to compete. We also have portable low nets for teaching young children how to play, along with other necessary equipment. So even if you do not have your own balls or rackets, do not worry – we will make sure you have what you need.
Beach volleyball

If you’re fans of hitting the ball rather than kicking it, right next to the soccer pitches you’ll find a full-size beach volleyball court complete with a proper net, boundary lines – and even the referee’s pole. The floodlights mean you can play into the night and feel like you’re in a world championship final.

Sauna

Two dry saunas offer perfect relaxation after a full day of activities. One is located inside the hotel building of our camp, while the other – shaped like a large barrel – sits outdoors, letting you soak up the heat while enjoying a beautiful sunset over the Pilica River. After your session we invite you to cool off in the cold-water barrel or straight in the river.
Zako Rancho

Alpacas, sheep, a very friendly goat that loves being petted, several horses, donkeys and plenty of other animals await you at our ranch. If you want to escape the city with your kids for a taste of countryside life – take a horse-drawn carriage ride, have fun with games and contests, or give them the chance to learn horseback riding – we warmly invite you to Zako Rancho!

Gym

In the summer sports pavilion you’ll find both strength machines and free weights, perfect for a full-body strength workout. And right outside, next to the pavilion, there’s a brand-new outdoor gym where you can train in the fresh air.
Mini golf

Between the climbing wall and the summer sports pavilion you’ll find our mini-golf course. With 9 holes of varying difficulty, it guarantees great fun for players of any age or skill level.

Beach

From our camp, you can cross a wooden suspension bridge to an island featuring a beach that’s perfect for relaxing on warm days, sunbathing, and swimming in the Pilica River. This small, densely wooded island, thick with trees and shrubs, makes an excellent spot for training sessions, games, and survival activities.
Campfire

Guitar playing and singing songs together around the campfire create a truly magical moment. But even if you don’t feel like singing or playing, you can still enjoy a wonderful time warming up or roasting sausages over the fire, which is located right next to a small amphitheater by the river.

Grill pavilion

Right next to the villa is a covered outdoor space that’s perfect for setting up a grill or organizing other activities outdoors while still being sheltered from the elements—not quite fully “under the open sky.” Under the shelter you’ll also find a stone oven, ideal for baking your own pizza.
Lounge and relaxation zones

Shared coffee and ice cream with friends outdoors? Absolutely possible. You can all sit together around tables on the terraces, on benches lining the riverside boardwalk, in the forest gazebos, or on the colorful sun loungers placed in various charming spots throughout our camp.

Fuseball

Anyone who’s ever played foosball knows the thrill it brings, and if you haven’t tried it yet, you absolutely must. One table, four players, a little ball, and hours of excitement guaranteed.
Darts

Anyone who’s played knows just how much joy darts can bring—and how frustrating they can get at the same time. They’re perfect for casual tossing and friendly chats as well as intense, competitive showdowns. Grab the darts and aim straight for the bullseye!

Billiard

The legendary game: two players, 16 balls, 6 pockets, and one goal. Long sessions in the stylish villa, paired with coffee or tea from our café—great fun guaranteed!
Table tennis

Traditional table tennis—singles one-on-one or doubles two-on-two—along with games like “around the table” (where players run around the table hitting the ball), or other fun variations… there are so many ways to use the ping-pong table! You’ll find the table, paddles, and balls in the summer sports pavilion, where you can decide how you’d like to play.

Slackline

A slackline stretched between trees at about 40 cm above the ground is a true test of balance, and walking the full length from one tree to the other presents quite a challenge for slackline enthusiasts.
Carpet ball

This rarely seen game in Poland has been a huge hit with our guests for many years. Carpet ball involves knocking your opponent’s balls off the table by pushing the white cue ball along a 3.5-meter-long surface. It may sound simple, but it’s incredibly addictive – you can easily spend hours perfecting your shot technique and developing clever strategies for positioning the balls.

Gaga ball

In the wooded part of the camp, we built a dedicated “pit” for gaga ball. This lively variation of dodgeball is played by hitting a soft ball with your hands (no throwing allowed) to tag other players below the knees. The goal is simple: dodge the ball, deflect it, or redirect it toward someone else while staying inside the enclosed pit. It’s fast-paced, full of laughter, and perfect for groups of all ages and skill levels.
