- SEND AN INQUIRY ABOUT DATE AVAILABILITY Provide the type of event, number of participants, and preferred dates. recepcja@proemzako.pl tel. +48 888 434 423
- WITHIN 3 DAYS YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION
- 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT send the following information to recepcja@proemzako.pl:
- Exact number and list of participants
- Event program
- Ordered meals
- Arrival and departure times
- Contact phone number
- CONFIRM THE DETAILS 2 days before the event, confirm all the information previously sent (you can still adjust the number of meals at this stage).
- ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL settle the costs of the event.
