Climbing wall

The 8-meter tower will be a challenge for both first-time climbers and more experienced ones alike. It features 8 walls with varying levels of difficulty, professional belay equipment, and constant supervision by wall operators who ensure participants’ safety while also helping everyone enjoy the climbing experience to the fullest.


Discor or Just Dance

For shared evenings we recommend a disco in the hall with professional sound system and stage lighting. Such fun can be organized either using dance games like Just Dance or led by a DJ. Both formats are always very popular and especially enjoyed by young people.
Zip-line

An exciting ride over the pond at a height of several meters is another attraction we’re happy to prepare for you. First, climb the tree, clip into the safety line, then all you need to do is sit on the board and you can glide straight toward the little island, where another instructor will unclip you.


Integration activities

If you want your group to get to know each other better, do something together, and achieve a goal through cooperation, we will run integration games for you. Our experienced activity leaders will certainly choose games that are easy to play and will draw the whole group into great fun.
Archery Tag

If you’re looking for an attraction that delivers a real adrenaline rush, we invite you to play Archery Tag. The soccer field turns into a battlefield where two teams face off in an exciting duel. To win, you need to eliminate players from the opposing team by hitting them with foam-tipped arrows. This fun activity is designed for youth aged 12 and older.


Baseball

A little-known sport in Poland that demands exceptional accuracy and precision. During the sessions we will teach the rules of the game, show what players’ uniforms and equipment look like, demonstrate how to properly catch and throw the ball, how to hit the ball with the bat, and run a game so that participants become interested in baseball and discover what an exciting team sport this one-of-the-faves American game really is.
American Football

How can a ball be an egg and not be spoiled at all, and why do you run with the ball more than you throw it? We’ll answer these kinds of questions in practice while teaching the basics of American football. We’ll show you the proper throwing and catching techniques, explain the rules of the sport, and play flag football – a safer version of the game that’s perfect for players of all levels.


Football

Exercises to improve passing, dribbling, shooting, sprinting and many more await training participants. Our coaches, whose passion is soccer, are happy to demonstrate both basic and more advanced drills depending on the participants’ age and skill level.
Basketball

Another sport you can train under the guidance of our coaches is basketball. Shooting, two-step moves, dribbling, catching and passing, offense and defense will no longer be a mystery after sessions led by a former player of the Polish top league.


Gym

For fitness and strength training enthusiasts, we offer gym sessions where an instructor will demonstrate full-body exercises both on machines and simpler ones you can easily do at home later. The sessions can focus on strength development or serve as cardio training. We also recommend independent workouts in our outdoor gym, which will improve coordination, strengthen muscles, oxygenate the body and help you relax.
